Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for edge computing environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and hardware specialists to integrate AI models with physical robotic systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for Project 2026, ensuring long-term maintainability and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of autonomous decision-making algorithms to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the R&D division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying complex systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of control theory, sensor fusion, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
