Nexus Dynamics is seeking a visionary AI Research Scientist to lead the charge in defining the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, generative AI, and ethical technology to build systems that are not only powerful but also responsible and scalable.
We are looking for a thought leader who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Research: Define and execute a research roadmap focused on emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 market landscape, including multi-modal models and agentic AI architectures.
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Implement robust bias detection and fairness algorithms to ensure AI outputs are equitable and aligned with global regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production models.
- Intellectual Property: Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and secure patents for novel algorithms.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and research engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research and development within the tech industry, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of adapting to fast-paced, evolving technologies and methodologies.
