Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional projects with quantum computing and robotics divisions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous decision systems
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
- Collaborate with policy experts on AI governance standards
- Prototype AI solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of experience with transformer architectures and large-scale distributed training
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences with >500 citations
- Expertise in at least one: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into production systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible development practices
- Experience securing $1M+ in AI research grants
