Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for predictive modeling and natural language understanding
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI with IoT and edge computing systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with human values and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source AI initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Secure research funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible development practices
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms preferred
