Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures optimized for quantum computing environments.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with global regulations.
- Prototype and validate new algorithms to improve processing speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and quantum computing concepts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex systems on time.
