Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant hybrid quantum-classical AI systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms into mainstream AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum physicists, and engineers.
- Optimize machine learning models for edge devices and quantum processors.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards for high-performance computing.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits for proprietary AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing complex distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with specific experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
