Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years
- Published research in top-tier journals on emergent AI behaviors
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic systems
- Portfolio demonstrating deployed AI systems with >10M users
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with federated learning and distributed AI architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex theories into commercial applications
