Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips) with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Represent company at global forums shaping AI policy and standards (e.g., OECD, WEF)
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing systems against technological obsolescence
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies with 8+ years applied research
- Proven track record in deploying ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative adversarial networks, and neuromorphic systems
- Published research on AI's socioeconomic impacts or technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising regulatory bodies on AI policy (e.g., NIST, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling for trend analysis
