Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing and predictive neural networks
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum machine learning
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and DARPA innovation initiatives
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ AI frontier innovations annually
- Oversee $10M R&D budget allocation for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or Futurism (with 5+ years industry experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Proven track record leading teams that commercialized AI breakthroughs
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep familiarity with quantum computing architectures (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for frontier research
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
