Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 with emphasis on neural-symbolic integration
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for AI's societal impact on labor markets
- Establish industry standards for explainable AI in critical infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum-AI hybrid computing architectures
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent research impact)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with measurable societal impact
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in neural-symbolic AI, federated learning, or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and policy implications
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
