You'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and policy architects to define the next generation of AI governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems in healthcare and finance
- Architect human-AI interaction protocols for 2026's neural interface technologies
- Lead cross-functional task forces on AI bias mitigation and explainability
- Produce annual 'State of AI Ethics' reports for global regulatory bodies
- Design ethical stress-testing protocols for generative AI systems
- Advocate for human-centric AI design principles at international forums
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on AI alignment or value alignment problems
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI
- Experience advising global regulatory bodies (OECD, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and philosophical traditions
- Proficiency in AI risk assessment methodologies (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
