Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic AI roadmaps aligned with emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI solutions for 2026+ market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough AI applications
- Advise on ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight or futurism
- Published thought leader in AI ethics or emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or neuro-symbolic AI
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact predictions
