Responsibilities

- Coordinate with UN AI Ethics Council on policy recommendations for 2026 AI deployment standards
- Manage speculative R&D portfolio exploring synthetic consciousness and emergent AI behaviors
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience or Quantum Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing (2020-2023)

- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit simulation
