Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI implementation roadmaps for healthcare, logistics, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling scenario planning
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on next-gen human-AI interface research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership
- Published research in futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic systems
- Certified in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000-2022)
- Proven track record of implementing $10M+ technology transformation programs
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Deep understanding of Singularity University methodologies
