Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive AI and innovation strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological feasibility.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders, influencing high-level decision-making.
- Mentor and inspire a team of innovators, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related technology field, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and driving technological transformation in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and articulate clear vision.
