Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on quantum-resistant algorithms and neural-quantum hybrids
- Lead cross-functional teams developing generative AI systems for healthcare diagnostics and climate modeling
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making in critical infrastructure
- Partner with DARPA and NASA on next-gen space exploration AI initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints for neuromorphic computing applications in personalized education
- Present breakthrough research at World Economic Forum and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Quantum-AI Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with published work in Nature/Science (2020-2023)
- Proven track record deploying production quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy for medical AI
- Experience leading teams with 10+ PhD-level researchers
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 24027 AI ethics standards
- Patents in neural-quantum integration or generative adversarial networks
- Security clearance eligibility for government R&D collaborations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
