- Architect AI roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant ML frameworks
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 100 clients to implement predictive analytics solutions
- Author white papers on neuromorphic computing applications
- Mentor junior researchers through our patent incubation program
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade AI systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences
