Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying breakthrough applications in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to detect emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Architect strategic frameworks for integrating AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems, ensuring ethical deployment and governance
- Present innovation blueprints to executive leadership and investors, securing funding for moonshot projects
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-generation solutions
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and anticipate policy impacts on AI adoption and commercialization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI literacy and future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing AI roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and emerging ML paradigms
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
