Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for AI innovation through 2026, aligning with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling experimental AI solutions across healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and governance
- Mentor junior researchers in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML research or innovation strategy, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks, governance models, and policy development
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive and technical audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at major tech conferences (WSJ Live, TED, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major technological innovation initiatives
