Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments for generative AI models
- Develop human-AI interaction protocols for next-gen autonomous technologies
- Conduct stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives on AI ethics strategy
- Create compliance roadmaps for evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Author thought leadership papers on responsible AI adoption
- Mentor junior data scientists on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with generative AI deployment ethics (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
