Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical guidelines
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Author thought leadership on AI governance and responsible innovation
- Monitor global AI ethics developments and adapt organizational strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech policy
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with bias mitigation algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy
- Proficiency in ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAIG, CSEP) preferred
