Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 standards
- Lead bias audits across machine learning pipelines using Explainable AI (XAI) tools
- Develop transparency protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI lifecycle
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder workshops and policy briefings
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with Explainable AI (XAI) frameworks like SHAP or LIME
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, legal, and ethics teams
