Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for high-stakes AI systems (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, industry consortiums, and ethics boards
- Design ethical impact assessments for next-gen AI applications (neuromorphic computing, quantum AI)
- Create transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Proven track record influencing AI governance frameworks at enterprise or policy level
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Strong background in at least one technical domain: ML engineering, data science, or computational philosophy
