Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI principles with C-suite executives
- Author industry position papers on AI regulation and responsible deployment
- Manage incident response protocols for ethical AI breaches
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate privacy-by-design methodologies
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Proven track record of influencing organizational AI policy
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Experience with cross-functional ethics committees
- Strong public speaking and technical writing abilities
