Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead bias audits of machine learning models using advanced statistical analysis tools
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact assessment
- Maintain compliance with emerging international AI governance standards
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and bias detection libraries (e.g., AIF360)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication
- Knowledge of emerging trends in quantum computing and neuromorphic chips
