Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in bias mitigation and fairness audits of ML models
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance with evolving AI governance standards
- Conduct research on societal impacts of emerging AI technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Create educational materials for internal teams and external stakeholders on responsible AI practices
- Partner with academic institutions to advance ethical AI research methodologies
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI governance or algorithmic fairness
- Proven experience developing ethical guidelines for enterprise AI systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading multidisciplinary research teams with technical and non-technical members
