Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for AI safety and alignment challenges
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech research
- Deep understanding of ML model explainability techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST RMF)
- Published work on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Strong background in statistical analysis and data ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
