- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through stakeholder education and policy influence

- Represent the company at global AI ethics symposiums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record in publishing peer-reviewed papers on algorithmic fairness or AI ethics
- Expertise in implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Blueprint, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience leading cross-functional research initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for empirical AI ethics research
