Responsibilities

- Develop industry-first ethical AI certification protocols for regulatory compliance
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed ethical principles into product roadmaps
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers while establishing department-wide best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing on algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Experience deploying AI ethics toolkits in production environments
- Strong background in applied philosophy or technical ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder education and policy advocacy
