Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical boundaries for autonomous systems
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for AI behavior and decision transparency
- Author ethics documentation for public-facing AI deployments
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI development pipelines
- Represent the organization at industry ethics consortiums and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
- Proficiency with ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
