Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness in machine learning
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in applied ethics and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for bias detection
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
