Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits using proprietary quantum-simulated testing protocols
- Develop AI transparency dashboards for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Author position papers on AI ethics for G7 policy summits
- Manage the AI Ethics Review Board with external stakeholders
- Research emergent AI risks in quantum computing environments
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP)
- Experience with EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for AI ethics auditing tools
- Demonstrated success influencing enterprise AI policy
- Understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across tech, government, and academia
