- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-preserving techniques

- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in deploying ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Strong background in machine learning model lifecycle governance
- Familiarity with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Publication record in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
