Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven track record of leading diverse technical and non-technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Experience with algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
