Responsibilities

- Conduct ethical audits of machine learning models and autonomous systems
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and regulatory discussions
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development practices
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle management
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies or major research institutions
- Expertise in machine learning fairness, explainability (XAI), and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, Asia-Pacific)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed journals/conferences)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EU AI Act certification)
