Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems and neuro-interfaces
- Conduct bias audits on machine learning algorithms using quantum-assisted analysis
- Design corporate policies for biometric data privacy in augmented reality environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops with robotics and quantum computing teams
- Produce annual Tech Ethics Impact Reports for regulatory bodies
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of metaverse infrastructure development
- Partner with neuroscientists to establish ethical guidelines for brain-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years tech industry experience
- Published research on AI ethics or emerging technology governance (top-tier journals)
- Proficiency in quantum computing ethics frameworks and differential privacy techniques
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethics and biometric data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI implementation
- Fluency in ethical decision-making frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business policies
