Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on ethical AI or algorithmic transparency
- Experience with autonomous systems or healthcare AI deployments
- Strong background in ethical philosophy (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical stakeholders
