Responsibilities
- Lead the Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and predictive systems.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the training pipelines, ensuring low-latency inference and high-throughput processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and reinforcement learning.
- System Design: Strong background in system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
