Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI
- Lead foresight initiatives predicting 5-10 year industry disruptions across 15+ sectors
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Coordinate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Design innovation pipelines bridging theoretical research (MIT, Caltech) and commercial applications
- Present strategic blueprints to global stakeholders at Davos-level forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Horizon Fellows' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 10+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep familiarity with UN SDGs, WEF Global Risks Reports, and IPCC climate scenarios
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational long-term strategy implementation
