Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our 2026 and 2030 strategic initiatives, focusing on AGI and Quantum integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, quantum engineers, and product designers to prototype and deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and safety protocols are embedded into every layer of our system architecture.
- Identify emerging trends in neural networks and quantum entanglement to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI architecture, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, and quantum algorithm optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong focus on innovation, with a portfolio demonstrating forward-thinking technical solutions.
