Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate future trends into actionable product development strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders and investors with compelling narratives
- Oversee prototyping and validation of next-gen technologies in our innovation lab
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation
