Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-classical computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven disruptive innovations
- Proficiency in predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI governance
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
