Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant systems and AGI frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and post-silicon hardware paradigms
- Collaborate with government agencies on next-gen cybersecurity standards
- Develop commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies with 5-year impact horizons
- Mentor teams in exponential thinking and paradigm-shifting innovation methodologies
- Establish partnerships with quantum cloud providers and decentralized AI consortia
- Create ethical frameworks for autonomous systems operating beyond human oversight
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and topological data structures
- Proven track record of scaling systems to exabyte-scale processing
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms beyond current paradigms
- Experience with neuromorphic chip architectures and quantum annealing
- Portfolio of deployed systems operating at near-quantum efficiency
- Certification in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University preferred)
