- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic technology adoption
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on climate-tech and space commercialization trends
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research on quantum applications or AI ethics (IEEE/AI journals)
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Demonstrated experience with decentralized tech ecosystems (Web3, blockchain)
- Certification in sustainable technology design (e.g., Green Software Foundation)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ futuristic technology implementations
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Rust) and data visualization tools
