Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry partnerships
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/forecasting roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
