Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in tech regulation
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough sustainable computing solutions
- Present future tech scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future Minds' accelerator program
- Author white papers on AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology with 5+ years applied research
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products (VC-backed preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Published thought leadership in Nature/AI journals on tech ethics (last 3 years)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on digital transformation strategy
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Clearance for international technology collaboration projects (ITAR compliance)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 patented future-tech innovations
