Responsibilities

- Develop and implement technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present technology trend briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Drive digital transformation initiatives with 5-10 year vision frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published research on technology adoption patterns or future trends
