Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps identifying disruptive innovations across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to detect emerging technologies and market shifts
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for futuristic technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present futuristic insights to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on next-generation technology applications
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
