Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Create technology foresight reports and executive briefings
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Integrate sustainability and ethical frameworks into all technology strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, Web3)
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
