Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Design and validate breakthrough digital prototypes in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and domain experts
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier technology journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical frameworks for advanced technology deployment
